Designed by Bruce Farr, the 440 is an impressive boat that will take you easily and luxuriously to the destination of your choice.

Her sleek lines and lavish interior are sure to please even the most particular taste.

This vessel combines the ease and safety of sailing with great performance and comfort.

With roller furling headsail, in-mast furling mainsail, and all rigging run to the cockpit, she is easily handled in all conditions.

Cockpit: The very spacious cockpit with extended pedestal table provides a perfect setting for entertaining whether underway, at anchor, or dockside.

With the dodger/bimini connected and side stratoglass panels in place, a full enclosure provides protection from any weather condition.

Four of the panels can be replaced with screen to allow airflow while bugproofing your space.

Below deck: Her 14' beam is most evident in the salon providing spacious entertaining and living space.

While dockside, enjoy the comfort of the 16,000 BTU central air conditioning which easily converts to reverse cycle heat for those chilly nights.

The interior joinerwork is all beautifully done in cherry-stained mahogany.

The teak and holly sole is beautifully visible but protected with custom carpet and area rugs in high traffic areas.

The owner's cabin is forward with a large queen centerline berth.

It measures over 7' long and has a storage drawer beneath.

A large hanging locker, a large cabinet with shelves, and a settee round out these luxury accommodations.

Two large deck hatches with screens provide excellent ventilation for this space.

Two low energy Hella fans have been added to increase air flow during those still nights when AC is not an option.

The fans swing out of view when not in use.

Two fixed ports provide additional lighting.

The owner's cabin has an ensuite head with lav and shower.

The main salon has a large dinette to starboard with comfortable seating for eight.

The tables converts to a king-sized berth.

To port is a chart table with storage.

This is flanked on either side by large reclining seats.

There is an abundance osf cabinets along the hull behind the seating on both sides and a large cabinet next to the forwardmost individual seat.

The main head, also with lav and shower, is to port just forward of and accessible from the aft cabin.

The portside aft cabin berth is queen size. this cabin has a large hanging locker, shelving & cabinets, and a small settee.

It has an opening porthole and a small hatch for ventilation.

The L-shaped galley is to starboard, aft of the dinette.

With a 3-burner propane stove with oven, microwave, double sink, large in-counter freezer, and under-counter refrigerator, it is very functional for extended cruising.

More cabinets are above the counter and below is a storage rack and an enclosed trash container.

Running rigging: All running rigging are brought to line locks at cockpit in two clusters, each near two Lewmar 44 self-tailing winches on the cabin roof.

Lewmar 54 self-tailing winches are at the outside for the jib sheets, including three winch handles.

Electrical system: 12/110 breaker panel * 110v, 20 amp Heart Freedom charger/inverter with 4 deep cycle 6 volt golf cart batteries * 40 amp Cruiseair Sentry charger for house bank also with 4 deep cycle 6 volt golf cart batteries * 100 amp alternator (new in 2005) on engine Additional gear included: *Vetus electric windlass * 45 lb CQR anchor with 100' chain and 100' line * 44 lb.
