1997 Beneteau 461,Ready to Go !!

My home for over two years as I single-handed through the Caribbean and Bahamas, Mo Cushla is ready and able to take off again --- anyhwere!

She?s my third liveaboard over fifteen years, so my upgrades were thoughtful.

She?s fast and easy to sail --- I beat an Oyster 55 from Guadeloupe to Antigua by a half hour; we averaged 185 miles a day on the return from Puerto Rico to Jacksonville.

The Bruce Farr designed Oceanis 461 is sought by knowledgable sailors worldwide.

Mo Cushla is pristine, meticulously maintained and never chartered by this former batchelor!

After serious singlehanded cruising I fell in love with a younger woman --- ahh romance! --- and have come ashore for a few years.

Numerous improvements were informed by 30 years of racing and cruising, such as radar arch with davits, full batten oversize main, oversize ground tackle, remote navigation, and Skymate to name a few.

The rich and warm interior provides comforts of home for a single-hander or a cruising couple and their guests.
