| | | | BOAT OWNER'S NOTES:
This 1997 Carver 310 Mid-Cabin Express Cruiser is the perfect boat for lots of weekend fun
and relaxation.
This is sharp boat with the traditional Carver quality.
Smooth in the water
and rides like a dream.
The twin 5.7 liter, 260 HP Chevy engines have plenty of power and
cruises at 25 mph with max speed of 35 mph.
These engines have only 600 Hrs on them.
The
Mercruiser Bravo 3 outdrives with dual counter rotating stainless steel props provide ease of
maneuverability at slow speeds for easy docking.
Entry into the boat is through the transom door from the swim platform that has a fold down
swim ladder.
The fully enclosed cockpit has a summer camper enclosure with new eisenglass and new black
bimini top along with side panels that keep the rain off and are fully removable for fun in the
sun.
Also, a separate black winter cover that provides protection from the elements for the
cockpit all winter.
The radar arch has two large lights for after dark and has two new large speakers.
Subtle lighting
is provided by small luminaries that light up only the deck and walkways.
The aft deck has a
very comfortable u-shaped leather seating area with a removable table.
Directly across from this
eating area is a wet bar with sink and ICE MAKER.
It has multiple storage areas for equipment
and supplies.
The battery switches are in a convenient storage compartment that controls the
three batteries.
Moving up one step is the HELM area with a double wide leather bench seat that would
accommodate 3 passengers.
This seat is adjustable.
Within easy reach are the adjustable
steering wheel along with all the gauges, switches, VHF Radio, combined gear shift and throttle
controls, WINDLASS ANCHOR switch and remote audio controls.
Down 3 steps, enter the main cabin through the folding fiberglass door with lock.
The main
cabin is light and airy with unusually high ceilings for a boat his size.
The electric panel is
conveniently located behind a door on your left.
This contains all the breaker switches for the
on board electrical system as well as the starter switch for the 4 KW KOHLER GENERATOR
with only 150 hrs of use.
The L-shaped seating area has a fold down AFT BERTH that sleeps
two.
The removable dinette table is across from the galley which has a microwave, NEW AC/
DC FRIDGE, and a 2 burner electric stove, along with plenty of counter space, sink with hot and
cold water, and storage compartments for your dishes and supplies.
The DIGITAL TEMPERATURE CONTROLS are on the wall next to the entertainment console
containing a TV/VCR combo, DVD Player, and 10 Disc CD changer with AM/FM receiver.
The stand up head is full enclosed behind a locking door.
It has an electric flush toilet with
Macerator, vanity sink, medicine cabinet, shower, 6 GALLON WATER HEATER, and plenty of
storage for towels and personal items.
The private forward berth that sleeps two on a very comfortable custom made pillow top
mattress is behind a locking door.
This area is complemented by two speakers for soft music, a
hatch for fresh air, a convenient private entrance from the forward berth to the head, a hanging
locker for your clothing and storage compartments for your personal items.
MAINTENANCE ? This boat is in great shape and has had regular professional maintenance and
repairs performed as needed.
The oil and oil filters have been changed each year along with the
annual winterization of the engines and on board wet systems.
The bottom was last painted in
2011.
The impellers for the engines and generator were also changed last year.
