This Oklahoma boat is in fresh water and stored in a covered slip.
This boat features 2 staterooms with private heads/separate showers.
A queen island bed in aft cabin.
Cedar lined closets, and storage everywhere.
A load bearing hardtop over the aft deck is home for a 2006 30 mph dingy with 2006 9.9 outboard, dingy and outboard included with the boat.
The radar arch houses the overhead electronic console.
On deck forward is a king size sunning bed, an automatic electric windless handling chain and a rope drum for extra pulling chores.
The large swim platform and dual ladder can handle 6 people at a time.
The engine room is down stairs from the galley and is walk in. it features a work bench with built in tool box.
The engine room is white epoxy coated and is very easy to keep clean.
This boat has all the options, nothing left to buy or replace.
ACCOMODATIONS:
Dinette, for 4, and 2 staterooms, for and aft, the boat sleeps 7 total.
Double sink in galley, 3 burner stove, convection/microwave oven, trash compactor and full size ref/freezer.
The salon features a sectional couch with hidden bed and 2 recliners, a wet bar with ice maker and a central vacuum cleaner, the electronic console houses a flat screen color tv, vcr, dvd, and a Yamaha sound system with 5cd cd player.
Music is piped all through the boat including the bridge and fore deck.
The aft head is an Atlantis installed in 2006.
The front stateroom features a hanging cedar lined closet & night stand along with a huge storage locker under the bed.
Mood or night lighting is factory installed all through the boat.
The island bed in the aft stateroom has 5 drawers and a storage locker in the center of the bed, 3 hanging closets 2 cedar, with a color Tv, and a lorance depth sounder built into the cabinet.
The aft deck is fully enclosed including wing doors and features a wet bar with icemaker and ref/freezer. 2 chairs and a removable teak table, or a 2 person setee.
The aft deck and bridge has custom removablel carpet.
The bridge features seating for 7, with storage under seats and 1 storage locker 10?x8?deep x 2? tall.
The bridge is also fully enclosed.
The seats, helm station on the bridge and fore deck all have carver factory made covers that snap in place, to protect the cushions, and all are in perfect condition.
The bridge features an over head console that houses the vhs radio, lorance depth sounder, navman fuel computer and the am fm w/cd stereo.
GALLEY:
A Double, deep sink, large ref/freezer, convection/microwave, 3 burner elect stove, trash compactor, 6?tall storage locker with shelves. 3 under counter lights and an exhaust vent fan over stove.
ENGINE ROOM:
Kohler 9kw generator freshwater cooled, 2-350hp crusaders with freshwater cooling
2-16000btu reverse cycle heat & air conditioning units and 1-9000btu reverse cycle heat & air
1-20gal electric & engine heated water heater, 1-deck wash down pump, 1- 5gal/min freshwater pump with accumalator, 1-3 battery bank 60amp automatic battery charger, 2-sealand maserator overboard pumps for each of the 2-40 gal waste holding tanks.
All tanks water, holding, and fuel are aluminum.
All fuel lines are new and designed to accept ethanol. 6 batteries, all less than 18 months old.
DECK:
1-240volt 50amp power cord new.
White canvas new in 2009 with strataglass clear windows in like new condition shore water connection, forward sun pad with cover, auto windlass is a simpson laurance with an extra rope gypsy to handle other pulling jobs, 5 8? fenders with rack, 7? remote spotlight, stereo speakers with volume control, phone plug with TV antena plug.
FLYBRIDGE:
All original factory upholstery in perfect condition, 2005 Garmin 2010color chart plotter with color depth sounder, 2006 JRC color 24mile radar with chart plotter, 2006 Navman fuel management computer on both engines.
Lorrance depth finder 1 on bridge and 1 in aft stateroom, 1-100ah gel battery with a charles 10amp automatic battery charger with manual off switch on bridge to insure full power for radar, and electronics.
Marine radio, engine syn gauge, 6? compass, control for the spotlight, an AM-FM/cd radio, and trim tabs.
Special features not usually found on boats this size:
A door from the galley down into the engine room, no floor panels to remove.
All floors in the boat are made of fiberglass, then teakwood applied to the fiberglass.
Light switches are on the wall, instead of the light itself.
The deck is all fiberglass, and contains no wood to get soft or rot.
The stainless steel deck pipe stantions are welded together instead of using pipe connectors, and screw into metal plates embedded in the fiberglass, no backing nuts to come loose and require the interior to be removed to tighten them.
The support stringers in the hull, are solid fiberglass, and contain no coring or wood, so nothing to rot or loose strength.
In fact there is no structural wood below the water line.
When you walk on the deck of this boat, you feel as if you are standing on hard ground, you don?t feel any give under your feet.
The interior teakwood, is real teak, not a fake laminate.
Even the drawers are built into sealed boxes, so any thing that falls out of the drawer into the cabinet will be caught before reaching the bilge.
The showers are formed fiberglass, and don?t leak onto th bathroom floor or bilge.
There is nothing to add to this boat.
No pictures have ever been hanged on the walls, so there is no holes, and the wood is in perfect condition.
The boat has been out in heavy rain, and has never leaked a drop of water into the cabin.
Up grades with in the last 5 years:
New alcohol resistant fuel lines, new ethanol rated fuel tank, all new hoses & belts both crusader engines, new heat exchangers, both crusader engines.
New fuel pumps both crusader engines, white formica tops installed on the work bench tops in engineroom.
New Raritan Atlantis automatic electric head in aft bathroom, new sealand mascerator pumps on both holding tanks, 2 new recliners, the sectional couch recovered, new carpet with the hand sculptured anchor, new carpet on bridge an aft deck, Electric crain on hardtop to recover dingy.
All three circuit boards in generator, this includes the new type of voltage regulator, new belts, sparkplugs, and an upgrade to electronic ignition, new rotor, cap and sparkplug wires, new stator, and rotor in the generator itself, coolant saver kit, and most rubber hoses.
A 100amp hour gel battery and a 10amp charles marine automatic battery charger with a manual power switch under bridge console, this insures that the radar will not reset during an engine restart.
All systems are in excellent working order, This boat is ready to travel.
