-----------SEE---- www.windjammeronline.com ------------------------------for more info------------ Thlaloca Dos was professionally built—launched in 1975.

Cold moulded--composite construction.

My wife and I lived on her for 15 years solid.

During that time she made 4 Atlantic crossings.

The first voyage took us from Florida direct to Falmouth, England and on to Germany.

Via the German and French waterways into the Med..

Via the Canaries, the West Indies back to Virginia.

Cruising time 3 years.

Second Voyage: from the Chesapeake to the Azores and on to Portugal, and as far east as Turkey.

From the south of France via the waterways to Germany into the Baltic Sea.

On to Danemark, Sweden, Norway, Scottland, Irland, Spain, the Canaries to the West Indies, and back home to Virginia.

Cruising time 5 years.

In the inerim to the present we had numerous trips to the Bahamas and the Eastern Seaboard up to Canada.

Total ocean miles sailed 50 000 + n.miles.

She proved to be a most capable cruising/ liveaboard vessel.

We thank her from the bottom of our hearts for safely carrying us through some of the worst weather conditions imaginable.

As Circumnavigators (West!

Sail West Man! (Around the world in twenty Feet) we came to learn and appreciate the value of simple life, unencumbered by what is now standard—the upkeep of all the paraphernalia of exotic crap that should have been left home in the first place. “Keep it simple stupid” and enjoy life . . .meaning find room for another anchor even if it means leaving the electric frying pan at home!

Thlaloca Dos has gone through a complete overhaul in 04/10 and is ready to cross any ocean; round any cape.

My wife and I sincerely hope the new owner will have as much fun we had for another 30 years.
