Custom Houseboat built in 1978 my a Yacht Co in Kentucky.
It was built on a Stainless Steel alloy Military hull that has support ribs every 18 inches.It is 52 foot long with a 12 foot beam .
It has 1 BR with twin beds, I BR with a full size bed and the dinning room table goes down electrically to make a full size bed.(the cushions go together to hold a fitted sheet) the table seats 6 for dinning.The head has a new Raratan head,vanity and shower stall.The Galley has a stove with oven and refrigerator with freezer.
Living room has a recliner,and love seat.
Stereo has multiple switched speakers, CD.
TV and DVD player.
Also a free standing Ice Maker.
All holding(80 Gal) and Fresh water tanks(2 @ 150 gal each )are Stainless Steel.As is the Fuel Tank(75 gal).
The generator is a 8500 Kohler (water cooled) with automatic switching.
The engine is a 1992 Volvo 140hp I/O.
The engine has less than 200 hours.Steering has been updated to Rack and Pinon.
There are 2 rooftop A/C units and a wall furnace.There is about 550 sq ft of upper deck and about 200 sq ft of lower decks.also has about 360 sq ft of storage in the hold.
