Boat is well maintained with new upgrades including new 135% genoa, new garmin gps chart map, new raytheon autohelm, new dodger, new batteries and alternator, new saltwater intake ball valve, new diesel fuel deck fill cap, new fuel gage, new cockpit cushions, new mounted fans at each bunk.
Hull is original gelcoat, polished every year, stainless steel life lines, polished every year.
Jib is self furling and winches self tailing. bottom paint is multi year Ablative.

Teak oiled every year. galley has a two burner propane ss stove with oven, 2 ss sinks, two deep icebox, many cabinets, the head is walk in with toilet, ss sink in cabinet, mirrors and stand up shower.
Deck gear is fully found with Danforth anchor and rode with topside forward locker for storage of anchor and rode, ss bow pulpit and lifelines, horshoe life ring, docking lines and fenders, at the transom built into the hull is a swim platform with a fold down ss ladder, flagstaff with a marine ensign flag, edson pedestal with instruments in cockpit.
