2007 Rinker 246 Ski/Wakeboard Boat with "R2" package.
The "R2" package includes hull graphics, collapsible wakeboard tower with dual wakeboard racks on each side, upgraded stereo with AM/FM and satellite radio, 6-disc CD changer plus 1 CD in control unit, integrated swim platform, etc.
Stereo has also been upgraded to add iPod adapter.
It has a Volvo 5.7 liter, 280 horsepower inboard/outboard engine, with dual stainless propellers, that has plenty of power and torque to pull multiple skiers/boarders and inflatables, even with a lot of passengers onboard.
It is "yacht rated," so there is no limit on the number of people that can be onboard as long as they all have USCG-approved life preservers (I've had as many as 14 people on the boat at once with no problem).
The boat also comes with a custom Dorsey tandem axle trailer.
The boat has a compartment with an onboard chemical toilet, a removable table that stores in toilet compartment when not in use, a galley sink and a spray nozzle next to the swim platform that can be used to rinse off when getting out of the water.
It has a bimini top that collapses to the wakeboard tower for storage when not in use.
It also has a custom canvas cover that snaps into place to provide coverage for the entire boat when not in use.
It has extensive storage space, including a deep glove compartment with shelf behind the cockpit and along the side of the center walk-through to the front bow area, storage under the side cushions in the front bow area, a deep compartment along the center keel to hold skis and other gear, storage compartments under each of the bench seats behind the driver and passenger captain's chairs in the cockpit area, and a separate compartment in the floor of the walk-through area of the transom.
It has a space for storing a marine ice chest under the back bench seat in the cockpit area and a huge cushion for sunbathing behind the back bench seat and over the engine compartment.
It has extendable ladders on the back swim platform and at the prow, which makes it very easy to get in and out of the boat while on the water.
The boat is in outstanding condition.
I purchased it new from The Slalom Shop in Lewisville, TX in April 2007 (purchase price was $49,999.00 at that time), and it has been meticulously maintained by them ever since.
I have receipts for all services performed.
The engine has approximately 230 hours.
It is kept in enclosed storage when not in use.
The boat has a wakeboard tower for all watersports, but it is a deep-V hull design that is more stable and comfortable on the water than a true, flat-bottomed wakeboard boat.
My asking price is $43,000.00, which is the amount needed to satisfy the outstanding loan on the boat.
