| | | | BOAT OWNER'S NOTES:
My 2005 Rinker 312 Vista Vee is a sharp looking boat with the Rinker quality and appointments.
It is smooth in the water and rides like a dream.
The trim tabs keep an even smooth ride.
The wide beam (11.5 ft) also provide for a dry ride.
The twin 5.7 liter, 260 HP Mercrusier fresh water cooled engines have plenty of power and cruises at 25 mph with a max speed of 35 mph.
The engines have less than 70 hours.
The boat is in fresh water but is also equipped with a Nutra-Salt system if the boat is used in fresh water.
Entry into the boat is through the transom door off of the large swim platform.
From the water there is a convenient boat later that unfolds into the water.
The extended swim platform has a hot and cold fresh water shower.
The fully enclosed cockpit has a camper top and canvas sport cover.
The radar arch is equipped with two large speakers.
An L shaped leather seat is adjacent to the helm.
Aft of the help is another large seat.
That cushion is removable for storage.
Also, it can be converted to a sun pad or add a table (included) for a quite dinner.
The helm has a double wide leather bench seat with bolster, wood-grain steering wheel, control switches and circuit breakers, twin throttle & gear shift controls.
An emergency start switch, windshield wipers depth meter, radar, GPS VHF radio, Anchor Windlass rounds out the helm.
In addition there is a Compass and a control pad to change the AM/FM radio and CD stereo.
The Helm is elevated and a protective chart flat is built into the console.
Easy access to the bow is through the windshield opening.
A second refrigeration is aft of the helm for easy access to cold beverages while underway or lounging with your friends.
Down the steps, enter the cabin through a fiberglass sliding door with a lock.
The electrical Panel is conveniently located at the galley.
The Dinette converts to a bunk that will sleep two.
The dinette and galley are Corian and stainless steel.
It is equipped with AC/Heat with a hot water heater and plenty of stowage for hanging clothes, supplies and equipment.
Enjoy relaxing music with the AM/FM radio CD changer and television.
The Galley has a like new microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and an AC/DC two burner stove.
The fully enclosed stand-up head has a counter, sink, shower, and a porcelain Vacu-Flush toilet.
The forward and aft berth both sleeps two.
MAINTENANCE – This boat is in excellent shape and has had regular maintenance.
The bottom paint was applied in June 2005 New canvas and batteries were replaced in July 2011.
