This boat has Heat/AC, hot water system, 6.5kw Westerbeke generator,VHF, color chartplotter, radar arch, power windlass, AM/FM/Cassette/CD changer with extra speakers, TV Antenna.

Two refrigerators, transom shower, full canvas and more.

This boat sleeps 5 comfortably.

There is a dinette/settee below that converts to a birth and is supposed to be a double berth.

One adult or two kids can sleep there, but two adults would be cramped.

The V-berth and Mid cabin are large and comfy.

Powered by twin 250 HP Mercruiser 5.7 V8’s and Bravo III drives.

This boat cruises at 30 mph at 3600 RPMs and tops out at 42-45 mph.

It is very quiet and comfortable at all speeds and handles anything Lake Champlain can dish out.

There are also trim tabs.

There is a full galley that includes a two burner electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, sink with water purifier, and plenty of storage.

Across from the galley is the settee which seats 4 very comfortably.

The head has a porcelain flush toilet, sink, and a separate shower that an adult can actually use.

There are two 100 gal aluminum gas tanks, 50 gallons of fresh water, and a 50 gallon holding tank.

We purchased this boat as a fixer-upper and have done just that.

It had been neglected (unused) until we bought it in 2004.

Since then, we have put a lot of time, energy, and money into bringing it up to proper cruising condition.

The work was done professionally by a local boat dealer and a certified marine mechanic.

Repairs have included NEW/rebuilt engines and outdrives, anchor chain, rode, and windlass, refrigerators, water pump, battery charger, bilge pumps, and generator carburetor (2007).

We had the hull reconditioned and painted with many coats of barrier coating and bottom paint in 2008.

It came out beautifully.

The engines were rebuilt at 125 hours and the outdrives were replaced at 300 hours in 2007.

There are four new (2009) house batteries.

We also replaced both bellows on the outdrives at the end of the 2010 boating season.

This easily powers all of the boat’s systems for long weekends.

The boat has only 350 total hours on it and the generator has 120 total hours of use.

We also had a custom canvas winter cover with metal framework made 4 years ago.

There is also a 9 ½ ‘dinghy and outboard that may be included, depending on negotiations.

The dingy is mounted on the swim platform with davits and allows access to the boat even when mounted.

This boat is in prime condition and is turn-key.

Our family of four have enjoyed every minute aboard her and are proud of the work we did to make her a proper cruiser again.

We now want to get a bigger boat to meet our increased cruising needs.
