The
boat runs very well and is very smooth.
Engines shift forward and
reverse and operate good.

half of final sale price to be paid within 7 days after auction
closes.
The balance is due within 14 days and or taking possession of
the boat, and any checks or transfers must post to my account and the
same for the final payment, before vessel will be released.
Vessel is
sold AS IS and WHERE IS.
Title and vessel are free and clear of all
liens and encumbrances.
Buyer must abide by the laws of the State of
Texas in regards to sales and use taxes.
Buyer is responsible for any
future slip rental agreements with marina and any shipping or storage.
