This share is for week 6, the end of July - fist of August, it is a 10 day trip.
The main deck salon includes 6 beds and 2 full bathrooms.
There is a huge kitchen with 2refrigerator/freezer combinations, dishwasher, trash compactor, range and oven and a chest freezer on the front deck.
The living area has a hide-a-bed sofa and 2
overstuffed chairs, flat screen TV, stereo and DVD equipment.
A giant slide-in and around dining area for meals and adjacent eating counter with chairs.
The upper
level has another kitchen with a range, trash compactor and a refrigerator/freezer combination.
There is a long bar counter with chairs, flat screen TV and stereo
equipment.
There is a half bath and barbecue also on this level.
An electric crane allows you to load up to 4 PWC's on the rear upper deck.
Fuel capacity is 800
gallons including a separate 180 gallon toy tank for premium fuel if desired.
For your comfort, the main level is completely air conditioned with power supplied by a 20Kw generator that runs off the main fuel tank.
Each owner of this boat has 9 days on the lake with their prime week and another 7 days on the water with their secondary week.
When not in use, the boat is dry-docked at Laketime Houseboats in Page, AZ.
Laketime is the only full-service houseboat management company on the lake and they do virtually all the work for you.
You show up, park next to your houseboat in their secure yard, load your belongings, sleep that night on the boat, and then be launched in the morning.
You can even order your food from Safeway in Page, and they will deliver to your houseboat before you arrive and place the perishables in he refrigerator or freezer.
After each use, Laketime does an immaculate cleaning of
the boat and verifies all the mechanical equipment is serviced and running properly.
