Thanks for your interest in my Macgregor 26M.

Below is some information on the boat.

I encourage you in particular to follow the link below to the video that will take you over the boat in detail.

It is in excellent condition and is set up for cruising either solo or a small crew.

Heavily loaded with over 45k spent along with many custom items.

Vessel built in 2008 but sat with dealer, never launched or motor run until purchased as new under MacGregorEvinrude warranty in March 2011 vessel was purchased from the widow of a deceased MacGregor dealer.

Follow this link to view an overview video of vessel http://vimeo.com/74643982 .

Trailer 5-Star Loadmaster duel axle trailer with 'goal post" option launched boat 6 times in fresh water only since new.

Engine Evinrude 60hp very low hours been through two tanks of 2 stroke oil since new.

Water Tanks The water tanks are two 7.5 gallon plastic water tanks that are installed under the forward "V-berth".

They are plumbed together with a line led aft to the galley sink.

Filling is performed via a hose that is lead up and out of the forward hatch.

Included is a BOP free, potable water hose for filling.

Below Galley Storage Below the galley I have installed a door that is just big enough to allow small Rubbermaid totes to be installed horizontally rather than have to remove cushions to install from above.

There are 5 or maybe 6 totes with the end totes set up with a small lanyard on them.

So, to get to each of the totes you remove the ones closest to the door and pull the lanyard to drag the totes at the far ends fore and aft back towards the access point.

It’s a bit hard to explain but it does allow you to get access to all the totes quickly and without too much fuss.

Above Galley Storage This is a little cabinet with a sliding door for holding plates, bowls etc.

There is a storage space above it with teak pinrail to hold a radio, glasses etc. , next is a cup storage spot and then a section to hold condiments and cooking supplies.

It all seems to work well.

Wine glass holder Above the forward galley seat Stbd side fwd is a teak wine glass holder. 12V Outlet Two 12Vdc outlets installed aft of the galley.

House Batteries and battery switch The boat has a total of 200ah of deep cycle and gell cell battery storage new 2013 along with a new starting battery 2013.

These are both wired through a heavy duty change over switch which is installed directly below the stairway.

Galley Table The original system for mounting the galley table was a real pain.

You had to unscrew two mounting bolts each time, drop bits, swear and repeat.

This year I made up a couple of simple spring loaded toggles which allow you to drop it down or set it back up in about 20 seconds.

Fans This year I installed two fans.

One is mounted over the galley and will either direct towards the galley sink, the table or the aft sleeping quarters.

The forward fan is in the V-berth.

Battery Charger Not shown in the listing is a 12V battery charger.

Fwd hatch strut I installed a hatch on the forward hatch this year.

Just holds it up to allow breeze to come below.

Cushions Because the lady I bought the yacht from was selling off he ex-husbands business, she threw in a couple of extra cushions.

These are new and unused and I'll throw them in.

Gas stove I have a two burner gas Colman stove in addition to the BBQ.

The instructions warn against using it inside of the boat.

It's your call whether you do this or not.

It is potentially dangerous but my feeling is that so long as the hatch is open and the stove is carefully supervised, it's no different than using a dedicated yacht stove.

If you want to use it I'll throw that in.

Coast Guard safety equipment On Deck mods Mounting bracket for auxiliary outboard Mounting bracket for small, auxiliary outboard installed on port side aft next to 60hp Evinrude.

Autopilot Raymarine SmartPilot Lines led aft Boom kicker 3 way halyard stopper Compass Nicro DayNight vent Vessel has had very little use out for one week each year for two years plus about 5 day trips.
