This 1975 Newport 30. auxiliary sailboat was designed by Gary Mull and built at Capital Yachts of California.
She is powered with a Universal Atomic Four gasoline engine.
The vessel is constructed with a solid fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) cored deck and superstructure.
The Newport below deck layout has a forward V-berth with the head to the port and closet with drawers and hanging locker to starboard.
Atop the main bulkhead is the deck stepped mast.
Aft of the main bulkhead, is a dinette to port and settee berth to the starboard.
The galley is at the base of the companionway to port with ice box, sink and propane oven/stove.
The galley has many drawers and stowage for dishes, glasses and cookware.
Small navigation station is starboard of the companionway and forward quarter berth.
