The decks comprise a command bridge over.
Roomy side decks lead to sundeck.
The command bridge is accessed by steps off sundeck.
The fully enclosed command bridge comprises the center helm station with glass ‘SeaView’ centre windshield (new 2005) plus three benches for passenger seating, two which are storage lockers with additional storage forward of helm station.
A unique feature, the swim platform and dock are accessed by a custom aluminum powder coated platform with twin sided steps (replacing the original ladder) leading to both.
ACCOMODATIONS: Teak interior with recently upgraded carpet and galley sole.
Huge 10x13 salon, featuring teak drop-leaf table and 2 recliner chairs; storage full length of salon on both port and starboard sides, six Roman blinds on interior windows .
Included in salon is helm station to starboard.
Down galley separated from salon by large serving bar with vinyl tiled sole (new 2012), lots of storage.
Forward guest stateroom has double, extra-long berth to port plus single berth to starboard with pantry/hanging lockerstorage– adjacent to forward, starboard head with vanity and shower stall.
Aft, owner’s stateroom has island queen berth with storage cabinetry toport and starboard, plus very large port hanging locker and smaller drying locker storage.
Second head - ensuite with vanity and separate shower stall and Vacu-flush toilet; 27 gallon holding tank new in 2005 with discharge pump replaced 2013.
GALLEY: Three burner propane stove with oven (new 2008); built-in trash compactor, double stainless sinks; pressurized water system with 20 gallon – 110V hot water tank (new 2007); 11 cu. ft. – 12V fridge (new 2009).
Separate 3.5 cu.ft. freezer - 110V on enclosed aft deck.Storage above and below counters.
SUNDECK: Large10’ x 10’ fully enclosed with new canvas and vinyl windows 2014; powder coated custom aluminum table with shelf; rope lockerstorage plus aft sink and cupboard.
DECK & HULL: Aft deck with hardtop and removable enclosure and vinyl windows (new 2014), Command Bridge with full enclosure supported by stainless steel bows and vinyl windows plus ‘SeaView’ glass window insert (new 2009) at helm seat, teak swim platform with boarding ladder, fiberglass radar arch and stainless steel railings (new 2011), Forfjord 60 lb. anchor and 300’ 5/16” galvanized chain plus rope, Ideal 12V vertical windlass (new motor 2013).
MACHINERY DETAILS:Twin fresh water cooled in line six cylinder Detroit diesels model 6-71 naturally aspirated, 12 volt start, each capable of producing 265 hp @ 2300 rpm.
Engine exhaust is discharged via fibreglass through the transom.
Twin Disc model MG506 reduction gears via 1 ˝” diameter stainless steel propellershafts, trolling valve on starboard gear. 4 cylinder marine diesel engine drives model MDJC 10kw 120/240 volt Onan generator with dedicated starting battery.
Xantrex 3500 Sine Wave Inverter Charger with Remote Control Panel, one engine starting battery, 4 x 6V batteries, 30 amp charger, 2 x 50 amp shore power connections, trim tabs, Hynautic steering.
ELECTRONICS:Furuno 1830 radar, Sitex SP70 Auto Pilot (new 2009), Depth sounder with bridge repeater, Garmin GPS with Cmaps to Alaska, Icom & Triton VHF radios, loudhailer, two compasses, 12V horn, helm station windshield fan.
Weems & Plath quartz clock and aneroid barometer.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT : Racor fuel filters, high water alarms, smoke detectors, 2 potable water filter systems, filtered bilge discharge, metal bug screens all opening ports, exterior Sunbrella privacy screens, 2 x 30 amp 50’ shore power cords (one new style), original system manuals, three 120V heaters and two bus heaters.
COMMENTS: Annual yacht club plus Auxiliary Coast Guard Safety inspections and decals since 2005.
An extremely comfortable Pacific Northwest Coast cruising yacht with live-aboard accommodations that has safely taken us to Alaska, Haida Gwaii and on a circumnavigation of Vancouver Island.
