Beautiful 1957 19 Chris Craft Capri for sale. This boat has been restored to better than new condition in my opinion. It didnt leave the factory with a no soak bottom or 16 coats of varnish. It represents an incredible value in the market place due to its beautiful, high quality, restoration. The hull on this boat has been upgraded to a no soak 3M 5200 bottom. Super convenient to use. The hull sides plank seams are dead tight and the Philippine mahogany is beautifully grained, perfectly stained with 16 coats of varnish applied. The finish on this boat is world class. Interior The interior on this boat is a duplicate of the original right down to the silver piping that separates the colors. The interior ceiling boards are the correct blond stain as well. The steering wheel is in excellent shape with no significant pitting or blemishes. The gauges were redone by Kocian and are clear, easy to read and present as new. Mechanical This boat came from the factory with the optional Hercules KFL This motor was rated at 131 hp and was popular in this boat. Many believe that the idle of this engine resembles a Harley Davidson Motorcycle This particular power plant was rebuilt, purrs like a kitten, and sounds fantastic. 1969 26 Lyman Offshore with 225 HP Chrysler. This Lyman is in perfect condition. All restoration work completed by a professional marine craftsman. Boat has been house-kept over its life and can be seen at the rebuilt facility in Sandusky, Ohio. Awards before the restoration include 2002 LBOA Best of Show 26 2009 August LBOA calendar and featured in Frontier Room at Cedar Point Marina. Mechanical Restoration included the most complete rebuild that can be done on an engine engine was rebuild long block (30 hours on new rebuild) new carburetor transmission alternator and starter rewired 110 volt two new batteries, two new bilge pumps new fuel separator and hoses and new dripless shaft. Fewer than 50 hours on the rebuilt engine straightened shaft and propeller – extra prop included 20 gallon, fresh water tank new engine hour meter, and all new fuel filters. Hull Structural Restoration replaced 208 feet of planking replaced 28 rib sections wood transom stripped and refinished solid teak win platform and ladder new teak and holly floor boards new teak windshield forward new custom cabinets cleaned and repainted bilge and hull with two coats of primer and paint added four new fishing rod holders new docking lights and new battery cables. Restored Century Coronado. Over 30,000.00 worth of restoration done in the last 5 years. We bought it in 1988 from Morgan Marine (builders of Hacker Craft Boats) on Lake George, NY. Over the years we have improved it by converting the electrical system to 12 Volts, installing a no soak West System bottom, replacing the transom and covering boards (decks), replacing the gas tank with a custom stainlees steel tank, and installing new correct color vinyl in the interior. 1973 LYMAN CRUISETTE WITH HARDTOP . EXCELLENT CONDITION. Was 25,000 Now 19,500. I have had the boat for 11 years. Boat is kept inside a boat house in Lakewood, Ohio… year round. Boat was absolutely perfect when purchased. Never left out in rain or sun. Stored in slings in the boat house in off season. Re- polyed (sikkens) the decks 4 years ago. I paint the bottom with copper paint every year. I put approximately 5 to 10 hours a year on it. Wood needs some attention in spots. Chrysler 318, 250 horse power. Hours meter shows 859 but isnt working, not sure when it stopped but is probably close. Boat Runs and goes great , Motor started at least once a week even if not taking it out. Oil changed every year. plugs every other. Has tan covers and Bimini. Pictures shown were taken May 2020. This is an excellent example of one of Lymans harder to find, and most desirable models.
